Frequently Asked Questions
- Can the server see my image?
- No. The image is encrypted in your browser before it is uploaded. Only the encrypted blob is stored on our server. The decryption key is only in the URL fragment (after the #), which browsers never send to servers.
- What happens after someone views it?
- The encrypted image is immediately and permanently deleted from our server on the first request. There is no recovery.
- What if no one views it?
- The link expires automatically based on the TTL you set (1 hour, 6 hours, 24 hours, or 7 days). It is then deleted.
- What is the maximum image size?
- Images up to 10MB are supported.
